ASES Program Registration


The 2024 - 2025 registration will take place for current families on March 26th and March 27th, and for new incoming families on April 2nd and 3rd. Registration will take place on our ASES office room N1 from 3:15 - 5:15 pm. If you have any questions please email ASES site coordinator Treye Marshall Lund at [email protected]

*2023 - 2024 ASES Registration and Enrollment (Next School Year)*

Here are the dates and times for ASES Registration for the next upcoming school year.
Parent and/or Guardians are expected to be here in person to fill out Registration Forms.

For our Current ASES Families:
(Students that are currently attending our ASES program now and their siblings)
Registration for Current ASES Families has already passed.
It was held on March 29th and 30th in N2, our ASES office at BHMS.
If you missed these dates, please sign up for our 2023-2024 Waitlist and 
sign up in person when students come back to BHMS for Registration in August.

For our New and Incoming Families:
(Students that will be incoming 6th graders in 2023-2024 and/or new families currently not attending ASES)
Registration for New and Incoming ASES Families has already passed.
It was held on April 5th and 6th in N2, our ASES office at BHMS.
If you missed these dates, please sign up for our 2023-2024 Waitlist and
sign up in person when students come back to BHMS for Registration in August.

*If you registered for the After School program, please know that we will be holding a lottery for new and incoming students the last week of April. You will be notified via email from TreyeMichele, or Jennifer on whether or not your student was selected. Please be sure to check your junk folder as well.

2022 - 2023 ASES Registration and Enrollment (Current School Year)

Please check the 2022-2023 Waitlist if you would like to see more information about how you can sign your
student(s) up for our amazing program for this school year (2022-2023).

Waitlist applications are being accepted if there is availabilty for students who can commit to
attending 5 days per week in the morning and/or 5 days per week in the afternoon.
