ASES Extracurricular Activities

In addition to the activities that are already offered before and after school, the ASES program also sponsors several after school activities, such as Color Guard, Inventor's Club, and the Extramural Sports Program. These activities are open to all students at BHMS, and students do not need to be enrolled in ASES currently to participate. Each of these activities last for the entire school year, and meet on different days of the week.

Color Guard

Color Guard is held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This actvity is led by Lilliana Mougel. Color guard is a unique combination of dance, theatrics, and hand-eye coordination. Guard members perform choreographed dance routines  while also manipulating equipment in perfect unison with their fellow performers, all while entertaining an audience, playing a character, and telling a story. Color guard is unique in that the performers within the group form an incredible bond. Throughout the year, guard members will learn what it means to be a part of a team as well as confidence and perseverance.

Events

Times and dates are TBD.

Transportation

An after school activity bus is available to take students to their normal bus stops. Students are required to have their bus passes and an activity bus pass, available from Coach Mougel or Coach Bence.
