ASES Waitlist

Our lottery for the 2024-2025 school year was held on Monday, April 29th, and conducted with an employee from the Poway Unified District Office present. The families who were accepted and who were added to the wait list were emailed on Tuesday, April 30th. Please be sure to check your spam and/or junk folders for this email, as it has time sensitive links for ASES for the upcoming year.

The current status for our program for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows:

If you are still interested in registering your student(s) for ASES, please fill out the Waitlist form below.

As the ASES program is a grant funded program, attendance is a requirement for all students.

Students who attend the before school program must be able to attend 5 day a week at a minimum.

Students who attend the after school program must attend 5 days a week.
Students whose attendance falls bellow 90% will be removed from the program and added to the waitlist.
 

If your student was previously on the waitlist, please note that your spot on the list carries over to the next school year.  If you have more questions or would like to check the status of your student's waitlist location, please email Treye Marshall Lund, Site Coordinator.
